Stir Fried Shrimps With Ginkoes
   
Ingredients :

75 g gingkoes
300 g medium shrimps
1/2 cucumber
2 slices ginger
1/2 tsp grated garlic


Seasoning :
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp caltrop starch
sesame oil
pepper
2 tbsps water

   
Method :  Shell and skin gingkoes. Shell and devein mediumshrimps. Rub with salt and wipe dry. Deep fry over low heat and set adide.

Wash and slice cucumber.

Stir fry ginger slices and grated garlic with 2 tbsps of oil until fragrant. Put into gingkoes and cucumber. Sizzle wine. Add shrimps and seasoning. Mix well and dish up.
